Hi!I was just wondering, i am planning on purchasing a hyundai excel
(1996 model http://www.autogroup.com.au/search/vehicle_detail.asp?sitekey=3DGOS&mvmta=3D2922 similar to this) and am wanting custom seat covers - i am able to supply original seat covers for pattern drafting
i will be using the louis vuitton monogram canvas (see http://images.eluxury.com/assets_server/product/10022844/p10022844_ph_hero.jpg) for the centre panels in the front seats (down the front) and creme leather (see colour here) http://www.nswleather.com.au/automotive_index.html - cream roadster - the same for the back seats (http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=4607428757&indexURL=5#ebayphotohosting)
in regards to the back seat, is it possible to change the cover, so that there is a thing centre strip (under the headrests) which can be LV canvas, and the rest in leather?
also, to increase the comfort of the seats, is it possible to add extra stuffing to them?
in terms of accessories, i will also be needing to get some panels of cream leather made (for the panel/insert where the window-winder, door handle and arm rest r - see pic 4 in first link for visual), a monogram gearstick-head cover, a creme leather thing for the area around the gearstick
if possible a two tone steering wheel - the centre (the horn part) in LV canvas, and the rest of the wheel cover in creme leather - with this, since it will be in constant contact with the dirt on ones hands, is it possible to protect it from damage and staining?
i am willing and able to supply some materials --- original seatcovers, LV Canvas (unless u have a supplier who can get this for u) - just wondering what ur quote is (i dont want to spend to much) and if its high incl. materials, can u give me a
quote if i was to supply the leather?
also - if the price and shipping is competitive enough, i would like the entire dash redone - but only if u make me a REEAALLY good offer (in $AU please)
please get back to me at my email address matthew_schinzel@dodo.com.au
with thanks,
matt
